VACATION OR LONG TERM ABSENCE (FREEZE)
This form will add time back to the end of your program to use later on so you can make up what was missed (there is a limit to how much time you can save, check with the school). This will not stop any payments due, it will only save the time.
SINGLE-DAY EXCUSED ABSENCE
To be used if you have missed a single class or day of regularly scheduled classes, for illness, work, emergencies, etc. Make up classes cannot be guaranteed and must be made up the same week you missed your regular class. You must text the school to inquire about a make up class.
